This workshop, the third of the series, aims to bring together scientists as well as fuel cell manufacturers interested in the study and development of new Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cells, with emphasis on Fuel Cell Stacks Assembly. Please register here. 29 May 2012 Official opening. Conference fees Full registration: 250€ + VAT (it includes: participation at the scientific sessions, proceedings, coffee breaks, lunch, dinner, gala dinner and transportation). Student registration: 150€ + VAT (a proof of student condition should be sent together with the registration). Accompanying guest: 100€ + VAT (it includes gala dinner and transportation). Payments must be done by bank transfer. Details can be found in the regsistration page. VAT @18%. Program The workshop will be held over two days. The program will comprise plenary (45mn + 15 discussion) and oral communications (20mn+ 10 discussion). The scientific program will focus on those aspects at the frontier of new progresses in the field of high temperature membrane for Fuel Cells, other topics devoted to Fuel Cells from a broad perspective, as well as practical relevant aspects of Fuel Cells development and implementation, with particular emphasis on Fuel Cell Stacks.
Workshop venue and hotel accommodation The Workshop will be held in the town of Altafulla, nearby Barcelona city, at the Hotel Gran Claustre. The hotel is located in a building of 1746, within the Altafulla's Historical Center, and declared as Historical /ampersand Artistic Interest presided by the almost millenary Montserrat Castle. The hotel has a limited number of rooms that have been reserved for the LoLiPEM workshop, under very special price (75,60€/person/night). Reservation should be made directly by the participants, specifically mentioning they are participating at the event. They will be occupied on a first come-first serve basis. Transportation Altafulla is well-connected to Europe and the rest of the World. It has easy access through two airports: the International Barcelona airport, 80 kilometres north, with most airlines with direct flights to it, and the Reus Airport, at a short distance of 18 kilometres from Altafulla. The organizing committee can provide additional information if needed. >
